I'm sure everyone has the man "pregnant", that Oprah and a large book could be heard. In an interview with Barbara Walters that his wife said she had prior tubal ligation years ago, but now she is breastfeeding her daughter that her husband gave birth. How can a woman who has a baby to breastfeed? Im just curious.

With hormonal therapy is very possible. I have read several success stories of breastfeeding for adoptive mothers.
First was that the man is a woman who wanted to change a sex. So she became pregnant.
But yes, with hormonal therapy can not breastfeed. Women, the children are adopted frequently.
